Trust Center: What We Publish and What We Don’t

Every IPTV site says it is reliable. This page shows what we claim, how you can check it and where the limits are. If a number is a provider figure rather than an independent measurement, it says so.

The short version
  • We publish the evidence behind our claims, not just the claims.
  • We do not claim independent audits, certifications or star ratings we do not have.
  • We do not sell 8K streams, fake reviews or “lifetime” plans.
  • You can test the service for 24 hours before paying, and read the refund terms before you commit.

Why this page exists

Trust is not a padlock icon in a footer. It is the ability to check a claim before you spend money. Google’s guidance on helpful content puts trust at the center of E-E-A-T — experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trust — and the practical version of that is simple: say who you are, show the evidence, admit the limits, and make corrections easy.

Most IPTV sites do the opposite. They publish a large channel number, a “99.9% uptime” badge and a five-star graphic, with no explanation of how any of it was measured. We have been guilty of the same shorthand in our marketing, so this page is the correction: the main headline claims are listed below with what they actually mean.

Claims, evidence and limits

This is the table we would want to see if we were buying from someone else.

ClaimWhat it meansEvidenceLimit
50,000+ live channels The live playlist contains more than 50,000 entries. Panel inventory count at the time of writing. Changes as upstream providers add or remove channels; not independently audited.
165,000+ movies and series The VOD library contains more than 165,000 titles. Panel library count at the time of writing. Rights and availability vary by title and region; titles are removed and added.
4K / FHD / HD Streams are delivered at the highest resolution the source feed provides. The source feed from the broadcaster. Not every channel is native 4K; some “4K” channels are upscaled HD.
99.9% uptime The availability target the service is built around. Provider availability target; not independently measured. Not third-party audited; no service-level credit attached.
24/7 support Support is handled through the published WhatsApp and email channels. Operational claim; no independent verification. Response times vary with volume; there is no phone line or ticket portal.
7-day refund A first-time customer can request a refund within 7 days if the service cannot be made to work. Refund Policy. Not a change-of-mind guarantee; support will try to fix the issue first.
Secure payments Card data is entered on the payment provider’s system, not stored on our servers. Payment provider processing; see Security and Payments. We cannot control a provider’s downtime or a bank’s fraud review.
No contract Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. Pricing page and plan terms. You must renew manually; the line stops at expiry.
4,000+ customers The number of subscribers the business reports. Internal business figure. Not independently verified; we do not publish customer names or counts per country.

If a number is not in this table, ask us for its source before you rely on it. That includes any “best IPTV” ranking, award or review score you see elsewhere.

What we publish

These are the documents that back the claims above. They are public, dated and written in plain English rather than copied from a template.

  • Editorial Policy — who produces the guides, how facts are checked and how AI assistance is used.
  • Refund Policy — the 7-day first-subscription terms, the conditions and the exclusions.
  • Privacy Policy — what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights.
  • Terms of Service — the contract between you and STRONGIPTV.
  • DMCA Notice — how copyright notices are handled.
  • Security and Payments — payment flow, login security, APK safety and what to do if a line is compromised.
  • Customer Reviews — real WhatsApp messages, with the review policy and the limits of first-party evidence.
  • About STRONGIPTV — the service, the support model and where the limits are.
  • Legal Disclaimer — the legal position and the limits of the information on this site.

What we do not do

Trust is also what you refuse to do. These are deliberate choices, not marketing lines:

  • We do not sell “8K” streams. The service streams 4K where the source is 4K, and FHD/HD elsewhere. The 8K explainer covers why the label is misleading.
  • We do not publish fake reviews or bought star ratings. The reviews page uses real messages with identifying details cropped.
  • We do not hide renewal terms. Plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew.
  • We do not ask you to install an APK from a random mirror. The APK guide names the official sources and the red flags.
  • We do not ask for your password in a public thread or a third-party group. Support will never request it there.
  • We do not claim audits or certifications we have not commissioned. If that changes, this page will name the auditor and the scope.
  • We do not sell customer data. The Privacy Policy is explicit about this.

How to verify us before you pay

You do not have to take this page’s word for it. Run these checks in order; they take about ten minutes.

  1. Check the domain. You should be on strongiptv.co. The “Strong” name is used by several independent resellers, so a similar domain is not the same operator.
  2. Start the 24-hour trial. Test the channels you actually watch, on the device you actually use. A trial is worth more than any review.
  3. Read the refund terms before paying. The 7-day window applies to a first subscription and to a service that cannot be made to work, not to a change of mind.
  4. Ask support a technical question. A specific answer about your device, player or error is a better signal than a generic “we are the best” reply.
  5. Check the payment descriptor. Know what name will appear on your statement before you confirm, so you can recognise the charge.
  6. Compare the price on the page with the WhatsApp message. The plan and duration should match exactly. If they do not, stop and ask.

Who you are buying from

STRONGIPTV is the trading name used on this site. The service is sold online at strongiptv.co, with support by WhatsApp at +212 653-362-639 and email at support@strongiptv.co.

Plans are prepaid, there is no auto-renewal, and the price you see on the pricing page is the price in the order message. If you need the legal entity name for a payment, invoice or dispute, ask support before you order and we will provide it.

If something on this page is wrong, out of date or not specific enough, tell us. A trust page that cannot be corrected is just another marketing page.

Frequently asked questions

No. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001 or a third-party uptime audit. The uptime figure is a provider availability target, not an independent certificate. The Trust Center says this plainly so you can weigh the claim correctly.

We do not have a verified independent review pool, so a star rating would be self-reported. Instead, we publish real customer messages at /reviews/ with identifying details cropped. When an independent review profile exists, it will be linked there.

No. It is the availability target the service is built around. There is no service-level credit attached to it, and no third party has audited it. The Refund Policy is the contractual remedy if the service cannot be made to work.

They are panel counts at the time of writing. Lineups change when upstream providers add, remove or reclassify channels, so the count is approximate and the live playlist takes precedence.

Some drafts are prepared with AI assistance. Facts are checked against our own documentation, the pricing page and linked sources before publication. This is disclosed in the Editorial Policy.

Email support@strongiptv.co with the subject “Correction” and the URL. We will check it and update the page, including the last-updated date, when a change is warranted.

No. We do not sell personal data or share contact details with advertisers. The Privacy Policy lists what we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rights you can exercise.
