The service

STRONGIPTV provides access to a streaming platform that delivers live channels, an electronic program guide and a video-on-demand library over the internet. Access is provided on a prepaid basis for the period you purchase.

Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your line. Do not share credentials outside your household: doing so can trigger an automatic security block on the line.

Acceptable use

We may suspend a line immediately if we detect abuse, fraud or a security risk. Where possible we explain the reason and offer a route to restore the line.

• Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute access unless you are enrolled in the reseller program.
• Do not scrape, copy or republish the playlist, guide data or VOD library.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of third parties.
• Do not attempt to bypass connection limits, geographic restrictions or authentication.
• Do not interfere with the platform, probe its infrastructure or send automated requests to it.

Payments, activation and renewal

Subscriptions are prepaid and do not renew automatically. Prices are shown in US dollars; currency conversion and any local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise at checkout. Activation details are delivered after payment, usually within minutes.

We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects a subscription that has already been paid for.

Number of connections

Each plan includes the number of simultaneous connections shown at checkout. Streams that exceed that limit may be refused. If you need more simultaneous connections, upgrade the plan or contact support before sharing credentials.

Availability and maintenance

We target 99.9% platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced where practical. Channel availability can change when an upstream broadcaster alters its distribution, and we do not guarantee that any specific channel remains available for the full term of a subscription.

Your experience also depends on your device, your internet connection and your local network, which are outside our control.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Statutory rights in your country are not affected by it.

Intellectual property

The STRONGIPTV name, logo, website design and software are our property or used under licence. Third-party channel names, logos and programme content belong to their respective owners. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service for personal use.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription for non-payment, abuse, credential sharing or where the law requires it. If we terminate for a reason other than your breach, we refund the unused portion of the subscription.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including fraud, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is established, without affecting consumer protections available in your country of residence. We may update these terms; the version in force when you purchase applies to that purchase.
