Where to send notices

Send copyright notices to support@strongiptv.co with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Notices must be in writing and include the information listed below. Incomplete notices may be returned for clarification.

What a valid notice must include

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL or other location of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner.

Counter-notification

If material was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notification to the same address. It must include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken, and your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.

Our process

Valid notices are reviewed promptly. Where a notice identifies material hosted or indexed by us, we remove or disable access to it and notify the affected user where appropriate. Repeated infringement by a subscriber or reseller results in termination of the account.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice can expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. If you are unsure whether material infringes, consult a qualified lawyer before submitting.

Content controlled by upstream providers

STRONGIPTV does not host, record or retransmit third-party broadcast streams on its own servers. Where a notice concerns content controlled by an upstream provider, we forward the notice to that provider and cooperate with the rights holder.
