Who we are

STRONGIPTV operates the streaming service available at strongiptv.co. For any question about this policy or your data, contact support@strongiptv.co. We act as the data controller for the account, order and support data described below.

Data we collect

• Account data: the username, password (stored hashed) and contact details attached to your subscription.
• Order data: the plan purchased, activation and expiry dates, and the connection limit on your line.
• Payment data: handled by our payment providers. We receive a transaction reference and status, never your full card number.
• Support data: the messages you send us on WhatsApp or email, including any screenshots or screen recordings you choose to share.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, player name and connection timestamps, used to authorise your line and prevent credential sharing.
• Usage data: aggregated, non-identifying statistics about which channel groups are watched, used to plan server capacity.

Why we use your data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your contact details with advertisers.

• To create your subscription, deliver your credentials and keep your line active.
• To provide support and troubleshoot playback problems.
• To detect abuse, credential sharing and payment fraud.
• To meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.
• To send service messages about expiry, maintenance or security incidents.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract to deliver the subscription you bought; legitimate interests for fraud prevention, security and capacity planning; legal obligation for tax and accounting records; and consent for any optional marketing message, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

We share the minimum necessary data with payment processors to take payment, with infrastructure providers to deliver streams, and with communication providers to send activation and support messages. Those providers are bound by contracts that restrict their use of your data to the service they provide for us. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention

Account and order records are kept while your subscription is active and for up to 24 months afterwards for accounting and dispute resolution. Support conversations are kept for 12 months. Technical connection logs are kept for 90 days. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses the cookies required for it to function, including your language preference. We also use Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic — pages viewed, approximate country, device type — which helps us decide which pages to improve. Google Analytics data is not used to identify you personally and is not shared by us with advertisers.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking non-essential cookies does not prevent you from reading the site or ordering a subscription.

Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, email support@strongiptv.co from the address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request deletion where we no longer have a legal basis to keep it.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Request portability of the data you provided to us.
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

Security and international transfers

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Passwords are hashed, and payment card data never touches our servers. Where data is transferred outside your region, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Children and changes to this policy

The service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date.
