Who produces the guides

The guides, reviews and comparisons on this site are published by STRONGIPTV. They are based on our own service documentation, the setup steps we give customers, and public information about the devices, players and services we write about.

They are not independent laboratory tests. Where a page relies on a provider figure — such as a channel count or an uptime claim — we label it as a claim rather than presenting it as a measurement.

How we verify facts

• Prices are checked against the pricing page on the day the page is updated.
• Device and player steps are written from the setup instructions we give subscribers and checked against the current app menus where possible.
• Competitor prices and features come from the competitor’s public pages, with the date of the check shown on the page.
• Performance figures, where quoted, come from a dated crawl and are described as a snapshot rather than a permanent result.
• We do not invent uptime percentages, user counts, awards or test results.

How we handle competitor claims

Comparison pages link to the competitor’s own site so you can check the figures. We date the comparison, state where the data came from, and correct factual errors when a provider or reader points them out. We do not publish a comparison to a competitor we have not looked at.

Commercial interest and independence

STRONGIPTV sells the service described on this site, so every review and comparison is commercially interested. Pages that evaluate the service carry a disclosure at the top. We do not publish fake customer ratings, paid “best of” placements or invented editorial scores.

AI assistance

Some drafts are prepared with AI assistance. Before publication, the facts are checked against our own documentation, the pricing page and the linked sources. AI is not used to invent quotes, reviews or test data, and it does not decide which service we recommend.

Corrections and updates

If something is out of date or wrong, email support@strongiptv.co with the subject “Correction” and the URL. We will check it and update the page, including the “last updated” date, when a change is warranted.

Guides are reviewed when prices, player apps or device menus change, and at least once a quarter.
