- Your login is three values: server URL, username and password. There is no separate STRONGIPTV account.
- Use Xtream Codes API where possible; it loads channels, EPG and VOD in one step.
- Credentials are case-sensitive. Copy them exactly, with no trailing spaces.
- One line = one simultaneous stream. A second TV needs a second connection.
What you need before you start
When you subscribe, we send a message containing your line details. It looks roughly like this:
- Server URL:
http://your-server.example:8080 - Username: a short line name, not your email address
- Password: a case-sensitive string
- Expiry date: the date the line stops working unless renewed
Keep that message. You will need it for every player, and support will ask for the username when you contact us. If you ordered through WhatsApp, search the chat for “username” or “Xtream”.
You also need a player installed. If you have not installed one yet, the APK guide covers Fire TV and Android, and the installation guides cover Smart TV, iPhone and PC.
Log in with Xtream Codes API
Xtream Codes is the recommended method. It loads the live channel groups, the TV guide and the VOD library automatically, and it keeps them in sync when the playlist changes.
IPTV Smarters Pro
- Open the app and choose “Login with Xtream Codes API”. Do not choose “Load your playlist” unless you only have an M3U link.
- Enter a profile name. Anything you recognise, such as “Living room”.
- Paste the server URL, username and password. Include the port in the URL. Remove any spaces before or after the values.
- Tap Add User. The app will connect and download the categories. The first load can take 30–60 seconds.
TiviMate
- Open TiviMate and choose “Add playlist”.
- Select “Xtream Codes”. Enter the server address, username and password exactly as sent.
- Name the playlist and press Next. TiviMate will import the channels and EPG.
- Set the EPG update interval. Twelve hours is a sensible default for most users.
If the app offers a “http://” prefix toggle, leave it on and paste only the host and port. If it asks for a “server address” without a protocol, enter the host and port without “http://”.
Log in with an M3U URL
Some players, Smart TV apps and VLC only accept an M3U playlist URL. The link contains your username and password, so treat it like a password.
- Use the M3U link from your subscription message, not a link copied from a forum.
- Paste the entire URL, including the
?username=and&password=parameters. - M3U loads more slowly than Xtream Codes because the player has to download the full playlist.
- If the playlist loads but the EPG is empty, add the separate EPG URL we provide.
Do not share an M3U link. Anyone who has it can use your line, and you will see “maximum connections reached” errors.
Log in to the web player
The web player runs in a browser and needs no installation. It is useful on a work laptop, a hotel TV with a browser, or a device where you cannot install apps.
- Open the web player link from your subscription message. If you do not have one, ask support to generate it.
- Enter the same username and password as the app. The server field is already configured in the link.
- Choose Live TV, Movies or Series. Use the search icon to jump to a channel.
- Bookmark the page. The link stays the same while your line is active.
If the page loads but the video does not start, try Chrome or Edge, disable ad blockers for the page, and allow autoplay. Some browsers block autoplay until you click the player once.
Common login errors and fixes
| Message | What it usually means | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid username or password | Typo, extra space, wrong case, or expired line | Retype all three fields manually; check the expiry date; contact support. |
| Connection timeout | Server unreachable, wrong port, or network block | Check the URL and port; try mobile data; restart the router. |
| Account expired | The line reached its end date | Renew the same line; the credentials work again after activation. |
| Maximum connections reached | Another device is streaming on the same line | Close the other stream, or add a second connection. |
| Playlist is empty | Wrong login type or a partial import | Use Xtream Codes instead of M3U; clear the app cache and re-add. |
| 401 / 403 | The server rejected the credentials | Copy the username and password again; do not add spaces. |
| SSL / certificate error | The player is forcing HTTPS on an HTTP line | Use the exact URL we sent; do not add “s” to http. |
If none of these match, send support a screenshot of the error and the device model. The exact wording usually identifies the cause in seconds.
Recover or change your credentials
There is no self-service login portal, because the line is managed on our panel. To recover access:
- Search your WhatsApp or email for the original delivery message. It contains the server, username and password.
- Contact support with your order date and payment reference. We will confirm the line and resend the details.
- If you suspect the line was shared, ask for a password change. We will update it and send the new credentials.
Never send your password to someone who offers to “fix” your IPTV in a DM. Support will never ask for your password in a public post or a third-party group.
Connections and account security
Each plan includes one simultaneous connection. You can install the same line on a phone, a TV and a laptop, but only one of them can play at a time. If you try to watch on two devices, the second stream will fail or the first one will stop.
If your household regularly watches different channels in different rooms, add an extra connection for $10.80 per month when you order. That is cheaper than buying a second full plan, and it keeps both streams on the same expiry date.
Keep your M3U link and password private. A leaked line is the most common reason an account suddenly stops working, and it can get the line suspended for abuse.
Frequently asked questions
After payment we send the server URL, username and password to the WhatsApp number or email address you used to order. The same message contains your expiry date. If you cannot find it, contact support with your order date and the number you paid from.
You can configure the same line on several devices, but only one device can stream at a time. If two people watch different channels simultaneously, you need a second connection. Extra connections are $10.80 per month.
The most common causes are a trailing space, a capital letter typed in the wrong place, a copied password that includes the word “password”, or an expired line. Re-enter all three fields manually, then contact support if it still fails.
Usually yes. Renew the same line and the existing username and password start working again. If you buy a new line instead, use the new credentials we send you.
Contact support and we will update it on the panel. There is no self-service password reset, because the line is managed on our side. Never share your password with a third-party “IPTV fixer”.
Try a different browser, disable any ad blocker for the page, and check that you are using the full link including the port. If it still fails, ask support for a fresh web player link.
Test the channels, 4K streams and your device before you pay. Activation takes minutes.
